Scientific status and model registry

Availability, software health, scientific maturity, and validation are independent axes. A public, operational tool can still be an unreviewed toy or reduced model.

Claim boundary. No public HBF result demonstrates ignition, net energy, an engineering power balance, reactor feasibility, or experimental validation of an HBF device.
